Welcome to Room 18's blog for 2020. We are an energetic Year 4 class. We are very lucky to have two teachers this year, Mrs Morris and Mrs Mattsson. We are looking forward to working together and learning lots of exciting and new things this year! Check our blog regularly to see what we have been up to. We would love to read your comments.
Hi wonderful Room 18, Another great show of work today!
I notice you have a pirate challenge (which Maddie has spent time working on) for your Maths this week. There are a lot of Pirate problems on the Maths Blog this week. I have enjoyed seeing a few people's Maths slides (thank you for sharing these with me too). Please don't forget there are more challenges on the blog for you to try too!

Another day of fantastic work thank you Room 18. Mrs Dowden and I were very impressed with your music talent, Daniel. We enjoyed listening to you playing the piano so well. Onion cutting is not a pleasant task. I usually wet the onion too-that may help. That was a cool story about Clark the Shark, Szron. Alistair made scrumptious Anzac biscuits, created poppies and sent a map showing places his family have travelled too...great. What a lot of interesting information about Box Jellyfish, Anoji.Sayuni taught us that mangoes are beneficial for you in three different ways. Excellent Maths problem solving Maddie. I liked the way you showed your strategies. Mana is to feel good about ourselves-Lithara and Maddie have explained why they have self belief. Lauchy created an attractive mandella using environmental materials. What a long detailed retell of 'A Tale of Two Beasts,' Courtney. Mrs Madden and I look forward to more fabulous work next week.
Good job Alistair,Anoji and Szron. Daniel
