Welcome to Room 18's blog for 2020. We are an energetic Year 4 class. We are very lucky to have two teachers this year, Mrs Morris and Mrs Mattsson. We are looking forward to working together and learning lots of exciting and new things this year! Check our blog regularly to see what we have been up to. We would love to read your comments.
Hi Mrs Morris, What a special book you have about your dad. He looked very handsome in his medals. Thank you for reminding us about ANZAC day and sharing the stories of your father and grandfather, it gives the day even more meaning when we are acknowledging family members of people special to us.
Hi Mrs Morris, I just popped over to listen to your blog and it was lovely to hear about your Dad and Poppa, and what a special book your sister has written. Wonderful memories. Will be thinking of all the people like your Dad and Poppa, my great grandfather on Saturday. Thankyou for sharing.
Well done all the people who thought corn was the answer to the riddle. The ear is the spiked part of the corn plant that has kernels(the delicious yellow bits that we eat). Each ear of corn is wrapped in a husk-the green leafy part.
